In this week’s message, we are moved by our Lead Pastor Jeremy Johnson, as he shares a message titled “Believer” We get to experience the birth of Jesus and the true meaning of the Christmas Story, understanding the gifts sent to us at Jesus’ arrival.  

The trials and struggles that surrounded Jesus birth were significant. His parents went through hardship to bring him into this world. Their lives seemed to be ruined, but God had a plan. He was birthing miracles in the midst of their problems, bringing together seemingly negative events for their good. God did the impossible in their lives and through them. Their partnership with God through obedience was instrumental in this journey. Through struggle, Jesus was born, the spotless lamb.

God took Joseph and Mary on a holy journey, set them in his perfect timing, and brought forth the savior of the world. The world was forever changed, and we were gifted with Jesus’ love and acceptance. We do not have to live as though we have lost, Jesus is continuing to pour out his gifts on us today. If your constant question to the Lord is “Why?” During hardship then this is for you. As we take on our 3rd week of our sermon series “Battle Fatigue” Our outreach Pastor, Pastor David Turner gives us 3 other words to replace our “Why?” with. In this sermon we take some practical ways to combat the lack of faith in our why and allow faith to bring perseverance in your season.

 

“How come sometimes I seek God and I don’t find him?”. We’ve all been there, seeking God and doing what feels right and yet…still no answer. Is God playing games with us? Is he just not listening? Does he just not care? The answer is No to all 3. The vibe actually says “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” So why do I feel alone and unheard? Truth is, maybe, you’re not asking the right questions. Questions like How or what can allow us to move forward and out of the victim seat. When we ask “why” we aren’t moving forward but when we choose to ask God questions that are filled with faith we choose to honor God at his word.

In this podcast, Pastor Jeremy Johnson continues in the “Battle Fatigue” series, adding more fuel and ammunition to your inventory of faith so you can not only get through this current season but also the rest of your life. In every battle, heroes will get tired and weary. But because of who they are and what they represent, heroes must rise above circumstances and internal conflict so that they may overcome whatever battle is in front of them.

Take hope! God is not surprised but what is happening. Even in the midst of all that’s going on, God is still on the throne. He is still being worshipped and He is still in control. He will not let His children suffer, even when the world seems to be in chaos. He has never failed once, and He won’t start now.

As you walk through your life, remember to lay aside every weight that slows you done. We sometimes pick things up that we were never meant to carry. Don’t just lay aside sin. Lay aside the fluff that you thought you needed but God never ordained. Also remember to rest with God. Don’t work in your own strength, or burnout will come. Rest in God’s presence, and he will sustain you while you work for the Kingdom. Do these thing and Battle Fatigue will not set in easily for you.

In this season have you just felt simply tired? Have you been fighting an uphill battle? In this weeks podcast titled, “Battle Fatigue” our lead pastor, Jeremy Johnson brings us a timely encouraging word that gives us a new perspective on how to handle this thing we all deal with called, battle fatigue.

“Don’t get tired of the work, but its okay to get tired in the work” If you’ve worked a job, gone to school, done ministry or even been a parent you’ve been tired in the work and tired of the work at some point in time. So what do you do? Pastor Jeremy takes us to a story about David and his mighty men! In their place of rest uprose a new battle that they’ve never seen before. What did David do? He chose to encourage himself in the lord. In that same way we can choose to encourage ourselves in the midst of these battles that we haven't faced before.


Isaiah 40:28-29 says “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” What an amazing God that we have that would extend his strength to us. If you are feeling tired in this season call upon the lord to give you strength! We pray this message brings encouragement and launches you on your walk with the lord in this season!

Take your rightful place in the body of Christ! In this series, Pastor Jeremy Johnson of Fearless Church puts a new spin on an old message. A once classic sermon series now has a fresh look. In this revamped version of “The Guardians Are Back,” Pastor Jeremy explains how we as believers take many roles in the body but have one major position: the Bride of Christ.

We are appointed as “guardians” of the church. To be shepherds of the flock God has entrusted us to keep watch over. It is not just the pastor’s job to maintain a flock. We as Christians are ministers in our own right, and we all have a dominion we guard, protect, steward. No matter who you are, what job you hold, how many kids you have, we all are entrusted with the responsibility of guardianship.

Who are you tending? Who are you feeding? Who are you guiding? Who’s in your circle? Who is around you? Who has God entrusted to you to lead? Who has God given you to guard? Brace yourself, Guardian! Today, heroes rise!

This sermon Titled “The Key of We Part 2”, Discusses the vitality of keeping love at the center of what we do as the church .  


“Love doesn’t fail if it failed, it wasn’t love”. When we examine our lives how do we love others? Especially those difficult people…, maybe for you it's even someone who voted differently than you or someone who doesn’t look like you. Could you still put love at the forefront of what you do? 1 Corinthians 13 clearly states the vitality of having love at the center of how we encounter one another. The bible clearly states that if we don’t have love we are a “resounding gong or a clanging cymbal” or in other words just plain out annoying to God.

 

What can your love do for someone else? Could it bring healing? Could it bridge the gap between a non believer and Jesus? When we choose to love others regardless of they’ve done  we become co labors with the Lord. Today will you choose to love others? As you listen to this podcast ask the lord to search your heart and allow him to do some heart surgery! We pray that this message encourages you and gives you a new way to see love!

On this weeks podcast we called “The Key of We”. Pastor Jeremy, Our lead pastor dives into a crucial and vital part of the body of christ and an important part of Gods heart, Unity. This sermon centers us to standard of a kingdom mentality and heart posture.


Pastor Jeremy takes us to Matthew 12:25 NIV “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand”. In music, there is always a key ( key of A , Key of C, Key of B flat) the key allows all musicians to get on the same page to make essentially what we hear, a beautiful sound. The sound of unity sounds so much better than the sound of disunity. Imagine hearing a song but with something off… maybe it was the guitar or even the keys; none the less you would pick up on it instantly because it doesn’t sound like its supposed to be there and you would not want to hear the song anymore.

Isn’t that the same way the world views us? We tune to ourselves; our self righteousness, our entitlement, our selfish motives and we expect the world to want to hear of the Jesus we talk about.


Let's tune our hearts the Lord. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and savior we submit our way of doing things to him, in return Jesus gives us the kingdom way of doing things. When we let go of our entitlement, anger, self righteousness and selfish motives essentially we are picking up our cross to follow Jesus. When we tune our hearts to the lord we get back to the key of we which is the key of unity. We hope that the lord does heart surgery in this message, that the lord would minister to you in a new way and bring a perspective shift!

Our Lead Pastor, Jeremy Johnson kicks off this sermon in Revelation 5:5. For most this book can be hard to understand but Pastor Jeremy helps break it down for us! The book of Revelation is a book about a vision that John had about the end times. In Revelation 5:5 John sees a vision of a scroll with 7 seals, In the Roman empire 7 seals on a scroll represents the will someone leaves for their children or family members, in other words the will that God left for us as his children. Happy Sunday Fearless church!

 

This week, with the upcoming election, Pastor Jeremy addresses politics in the church. We are reminded that a donkey or an elephant did not suffer on the cross for us— only Jesus. He is the lion in the room, and more than anything, a divided world needs a United church.

 

Passionately pursue Jesus, above all else. The body of Christ is diverse because it gives us strength and shows glory to God. Believers have unity in Christ.

 

In John 13:34-35 Jesus gives us a new commandment. To love one another, as He loved us. By following this commandment, the world will know we are his disciples.

In this week's message, our Fearless leader, Jeremy Johnson, continues our series titled I Will Fear No Evil. Our Pastor presents Killshot Golgotha where we continue our journey with David to the battlefield to face Goliath. As he arose with faithfulness to his father's commands, an unprecedented destiny waited for him, unforeseen.

 

David was ready and willing to do the simple things that were asked of him. No one watched him as he grew in skill and ability. It was just another ordinary day when his dad requested for him to deliver cheese to his brothers. He completed his seemingly unimportant mission, not knowing destiny was about to unfold before him. Goliath arises and delivers the daily challenge to Israel, but no one was willing to face him. They were scared. David was ready, up to the challenge. He had faced lions alone with no one but the Lord at his side. He trusted God's ability to deliver him. He trusted the abilities God had built into him over time. He was not afraid to step up and seize this new opportunity.

 

It seems random that a shepherd boy with no warrior training would arise to this challenge. He was surrounded by trained warriors with custom built armor yet he was the right man for the job. David carried something the warriors did not, vision. He was able to see God with him in his day to day battles. He understood the power of God to deliver him and his ability to make him capable. He remembered all the things God had already done for him. David used it as a catalyst to drive him into battle. He arose to the challenge he was handcrafted to face. As God grows our abilities and new opportunities arise, we must be willing to pick up new challenges. God does not want us delivering cheese forever and hiding within the ranks of warriors. He is building us into something throughout the seemingly mundane, everyday moments. We have to keep our vision on all the good things He has done. We have to see things in a new light. This way when a new challenge is presented, we remember the God who has always been with us, will show up again. Join us for this heart stirring message. Are you ready for what God has next?

This week, pastor Jeremey Johnson revisits an old Sunday school favorite— the story of David and Goliath in 1 Samuel 17. As believers, it is important that we are able to distinguish between the problems in our life and the Goliaths in our life when we are in the valley of battle. The Goliath is the giant that appears day after day, taunting us. But fear not! Just like with David, God will come along side of us to take out the giants in our life. When we practice obedience, serve with passion and ask God for vision— He will give us the courage to defeat the giants in our life.

For it is vision that leads to courage, lack of vision leads to discouragement. God has the ability to give us new eyes to face our biggest struggles.

Jeremy Johnson, Senior Pastor of Fearless LA, brings "Don't Fear the Cheese" to our I Will Fear No Evil series. This week, we discuss the meaning of life when you're in the valley. Life is cyclical. While we all want to live from the mountaintop eventually everyone experiences a valley. It is inevitable. In this message, we review how small valley decisions impact our destiny. 

 

David was living an obedient yet seemingly insignificant life. He watched over sheep while his brothers got to be in the house. His other brothers were off being warriors. He delivered cheese to his brothers simply because he was asked. Whether faced with a lion or asked to deliver cheese, he never shirked his responsibilities. This led him to a date with destiny. His humility in completing the seemingly insignificant opened the door for him to slay a giant and become a hero in the land.

 

When we say yes to Jesus, he doesn't promise us a lifetime of mountain tops.  When we are willing to participate in the small tasks in places we may not be seen or noticed God takes notice. He is using it to build a foundation that can catapult us into our destiny, if only we are willing. It’s exciting when God says “yes.” But what about when God says “no?” What happens when God says no to pursuing a job you’ve been wanting? How do you respond when God says no to the relationship you’ve wanted to have with that guy/girl you found attractive? Do you respond in anger or obedience? Do you respond in bitterness or joy?
Pastor Jeremy Johnson dives into the life and private anointing of David. He uses the early life of David to explain that we are anointed as children of God. We have a high call on our life, but just because people don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not the truth. We are anointed as kings and queens, therefore we must protect the kingdom we have been given to rule over. Whether it be our home, our kids, our spouse, etc., we are called to steward our anointing, even when people don’t see it.
In stewarding your kingdom, giants will come. In these moments, we turn to God and ask Him how we can defeat the giants we face. It’s in these moments where God will sometimes suggest a new strategy as opposed to something you’ve already tried. How will you handle the “new thing” that God wants to do? Can you handle going through the roughness of a storm, or the thicket of the poplar trees, if it meant that victory was on the other side?

The enemy has a strategic attack planned, tailored to your fears and temptations. The enemy knows that the name given to you by the Lord is a threat to him. But fear not, Fearless family— we know the enemy’s plan will backfire! Romans 8:28 tells us that all things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose.

 

This week, Pastor Jeremy teaches us how the book of Daniel exemplifies walking in God’s purpose. In Daniel chapter 3– Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into a fiery furnace after refusing to worship the king’s statue of gold. However the king and his advisors were astonished to see four figures in the fire walking around unharmed.

 

Sometimes God allows us to be thrown in the fire to burn off the things that do not belong in our lives. What ever struggles you are going through, have faith that Jesus is in the fire with you and you will come out untouched.

Instead, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We tear down arguments and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” When having thoughts that are overwhelming and anxiety-driven, question them and bring them to Christ. We encourage you to fight this week with worship, prayer and the word of God that has the POWER to break strongholds! We hope this message blesses you!

Hello Fearless family. Just as a husband experiences the pain of child-birth with his wife— we stand with our black brothers and sisters against injustices. This week, Pastor Jeremy preaches a word on unity, love and standing with one another during hardships.

 

1 John 4:7-21 teaches us about God’s love and ours. We love because He first loved us. We are called to love our brothers and sisters as Christ loved us; hating sin but not the sinner.

 

In love— we are also called to action. Pastor Jeremy shares Romans 12:9-21 as a guide on how to love in action. This means standing with those who are hurting and showing grace to those who persecute you.

And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.” The most important thing is to LOVE and love till others ask why. Life can be quite…adventurous at times. It can even seem like a movie! Happy Sunday Fearless LA!

 

The Bible says in John 3:16 that whoever believes in Jesus shall have eternal life. Our youth pastor, David, invites us to reflect on our definition of belief— as believing and relying on God in all circumstances.

 

In the Bible, we see that God delivers His people no matter if they are in the hills or the valleys (1 Kings 20:28). God does the same for us during all seasons of life— through the highs and the lows.

 

Pastor Jeremy points out that God may bring you to a valley to give you a new vision of Him. Have faith! He will meet you in your struggles. If the Covid-19 pandemic is a valley, you may experience some additional hardships during this season. Be encouraged— Just as David remained faithful and God delivered Goliath into his hands, God is present as you confront your own giant.

Happy Mother’s Day, Fearless Family!

 

As we continue to walk this season with God, God sets appointments for us to prepare us and to mold us. Pastor Christy Johnson preaches a brilliant message on The Appointment with Disappointment. 

 

On Psalms 30:1, God’s word gives us joy and assurance when we face challenges. No matter what we are facing, there are expiration dates to the season that we are in.

 

In moments of disappointment, God has redeemed and restored all of those moments. Disappointments are God’s way for Him to show us how good of a Father He is to us.

 

Let’s give Him our defeat, our discouragement and our disappointment, and God will give us his gifts: joy, peace and His grace.

 

There is something great in God’s will on the other side of disappointment, His love for us.

Happy Sunday Fearless Church!

We all experience times when we feel like life is a mess. However, we can be encouraged in knowing that there is no progress without a mess, a stretch and letting go of limiting beliefs. Pastor Jeremy invites us to explore a story of progress and faith in the book of Mark.

 

Mark 5:21 begins with Jesus on His way to heal the daughter of Jairus, when a suffering woman reached out in faith and touched His robe. As you might imagine, this act took great courage and belief in the power of Jesus to make her whole.

 

As a believer in Christ, we can find hope in our mess. We will sometimes face situations that stretch us past our point of comfort. Walk in faith during these times that God is preparing you for living in your progress.

The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Although there are multiple attributes in the fruit of the spirit, all of those attributes make up the main fruit, the fruit of love.

 

We serve a limitless and powerful God that wants to produce fruit in us that remains—as soon as one fruit is gone, a new fruit comes; God’s love is unconditional, not only does He say it, but He proves it.

Happy Resurrection Sunday! On this day, Hope Is Alive and as we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus. Against all odds He went to the cross and then Jesus got up! Pastor Jeremy Johnson preaches a message about the Miracle in the Mirror.

 

We are thankful for the resurrection, but there would be no resurrection without first the death on the cross. Jesus paid it all on the cross so we could have life eternal with Him in Heaven. What if I too knew there was hope, even in the midst of the Coronavirus? Ps. Jeremy Johnson | During the height of the Coronavirus pandemic, Pastor Jeremy Johnson made the decision to not be lead by fear but by faith. The church gathered online and listened in on a new sermon series Pastor Jeremy decided to deliver: “This Is My Level Up!” In this sermon, our Pastor laid out what it takes to be the pastor of your home and how a leader should respond in times such as these. Many are called, but few are chosen. This Sunday, our special guest speaker, Pastor Dominic Russo of 1Nation, 1Day gave a special word concerning God's select "few". These chosen people who will rise up and walk in the full power, repentance, grace, and commission set by God to transform this world. 

 

These "chosen" contain three aspects about them. They see the world differently. They live for this moment. They love till it hurts. If a generation of God’s people caught wind of these truths and chose to live them daily; they would move from being God’s called to God’s chosen "few". Empowered with these values, these people are ready to love on the lost.

 

One day each of us will have to give an account before the King of Kings. Keeping our sights set on heaven, making daily decisions with King Jesus, approval in mind changes everything. Jeremy Johnson, Lead Pastor of Fearless LA, brings his L.S.D. Series to a close with the final installment of “7 Things I Wish I Should’ve Learned When I Was Single.” This week, we discuss the final two points of the message. The first (or sixth) point: “Guard Your Heart.” We must protect our hearts at all cost because it is valuable. God wants to cultivate and pour out His Love on your heart, but if left unguarded, it will be stolen away but things of this world. Relationships, money, and position are just a few things that the enemy can use to steal your heart from God. Lastly, the second (or seventh) point: “You Are Not A Victim, But A Victor.” We have the victory! We are more than conquerers. We don’t need to sit in the victim chair anymore! God gave us the victory, so stand up and let the dust start to build on the victim seat in your life!

In this week's impactful message, we learn how to posture ourselves in the midst of a fight. Pastor, Jeremy Johnson is back, sharing on vision and how the Lord uses it to win battles.

We are all on a journey, everyone fighting a spiritual battle. Situations, enemies, and negative thoughts may surround us, but God commands us to not fear. God has sent a legion of help, only visible with spiritual eyes. "Those that are with us are more than are against us!" Elijah echoed this at the brink of battle. Even now, God is calling for us to open our eyes and see that we are surrounded by His grace, His love, His mercy, and angelic help. He is making a way where there is none. We must open our eyes and align our vision with His vision to see the breakthrough, break forth. When things may seem hopeless, we may feel outmatched, overwhelmed and like we are drowning; God sees into places we cannot, every corner, every opportunity, every whispered word behind closed doors. He is ever present and working in our favor. We have to come into agreement with His vision of us in the heat of battle. We are surrounded by His protection even when we cannot see it. When a battle is coming our way, we must exercise our faith and declare the victory in advance. His promise to never leave or forsake us is what we can lean on. We must focus our eyes on Him and see Him with us in the middle of every circumstance.

Pastor Jeremy simplifies the word prayer down to one word, “COMMUNICATION”. Matthew 6:21 Says “Where your treasure is there will your heart be. Many times we can think of treasure as our finances, but for some of us, it is our time that is our treasure. What if we could give God more of our time during this fast? How could our lives dramatically change? What could be the outcome of giving God 21 days of prayer and fasting?

 

What kind of breakthrough are you waiting on the Lord for? Could your 2020 fasting experience be the catalyst for a turnaround in the beginning of your 2020? God is waiting to meet us in prayer encounters during this holy time of focused fasting. He wants to increase our sensitivity to His voice. His desire is to give us wisdom, remove barriers, and foster deeper connection with us. When we seek Him first, He rewards us in unexpected ways. We cannot wait to see what God is going to do in your life and heart during this season of purification and consecration unto Him.
