Fearless LA Podcast

This week, Pastor Jeremy helps us level up with an understanding of what it means to steward and receive all God has for you. We continue in our favorite series yet, The Good Life.

Some people seem to be gifted with optimism and good works. However, Jesus did not die to simply build a do-gooder club. He wants us to grow in our stewardship and understand the depths of what He has truly given us. God blesses us all in different ways but perspective changes the way we perceive these gifts and circumstances. We often maximize the bad and minimize the good. We carry excess baggage that prevents us from elevating and stepping into His greater victory. We underestimate, forget and neglect the true value and power of what Jesus did at calvary. He wants us to let go of the things weighing us down, exchanging them for His gifts.

We often hold on to trash instead of taking the treasure God has waiting for us. It can be hard to let go of your pain and past. God wants us to live life abundantly in the complete victory He won for us at the cross. Perfection is not enough. There is something better for each of us. Now is the time to move forward, leaving the heartbreaks of the past behind us. Jesus is waiting for you to receive all the gifts He has saved up for you. Join us for this incredible message, and pick up your gifts today!

In this weeks podcast our very own Pastor Jeremy Johnson continues in the series “The Good Life”. We’re contributing on the message from last week where we dove into the thinking habits that can ruin or keep us from living the good life!

Not only can sin be a dead weight to us, dragging us down everywhere we go, but our thinking can do just the same thing! When we’re stuck in negative stinking thinking, we might as well be bound to that! Sometimes we can filter everything in our lives through negativity, so no matter what comes to us, good or bad, somehow we find the negative in it! That negativity and those walls come from past hurts and past trauma. The only way to rid ourselves of the negative filters we have on life is through forgiveness. Forgiveness isn’t saying that what happened wasn’t real, it’s choosing to let go of the hurt and choosing not to carry it into other areas of your life!

There are so many ways that our thinking can rob us of living the good life. If you struggle with this war on your mind, take heart in knowing that you’re not alone! We must choose freedom in our minds every day! We pray that this message gives you the tools to navigate through the moments that these thoughts take over. We’re only one thought away from living the good life!

This week, we continue into “The Good Life.” Pastor Jeremy goes deep into the reality of what it means to surrender to Jesus in this season. How do we walk with him through good and times?

Jesus came as a ransom for us. Jesus, the most valuable treasure in all the universe considered us the joy set before him. He left everything in exchange for us to have access to a relationship with Him. He considered us, His most valuable treasure. He is waiting for us to awaken to the reality that He is our most valuable treasure. Once we grasp the magnitude of this revelation, how we live, walk through trials, and overcome will completely change. Our hearts will be transformed and we will never be the same.

Join us for this week’s excavation into understanding the heart and mind of God for each of us. Knowing the tactics of the enemy and how to frame our circumstances will bring us into unrivaled freedom for the next season. God longs for our breakthrough and a deeper connection to us. Let’s jump into it today.

This week, we explore the truth regarding joy in contentment. Pastor Jeremy speaks life into these trying times, refocusing our vision for this season. The Good Life continues.

The bible says godliness plus contentment is great gain, but what does that truly mean for a season riddled with struggle? Many are disappointed with the impact of covid, life, work, finances, family, politics, etc.. The list of things to be upset with seems never-ending. How do we access true contentment? How do we shift our minds and environment to live in fulfillment? It is easy to get frustrated at all we do not have or haven't accomplished? If we are motivated by goals, it is even easier to find lack instead of being grateful. God does not want us to live in the tension of always needing and wanting more. There is a better way filled with the "JOY" that can only come from the Lord.

In every season, we must hold fast to gratefulness. We must keep our eyes focused on Jesus as we remember, this is not the end of the journey. We continue to press forward but we cannot forget to celebrate all the victories we experience along the way. Let's join Pastor Jeremy for encouragement on outlasting every trouble and moving forward with a full heart.
